Acquilano Wine Cellars is a small farm winery and tasting room in Canandaigua, NY focused on regenerative growing and traditional cellar aging. Vines are hand-picked with minimal machinery; ground cover and airflow reduce sprays for a lighter touch on the land. In the tasting room, choose curated flights—including blind tastings—and seasonal pairings (think wine-and-chocolate), with frequent live-music nights and later hours. Opened in spring 2024, with occasional guest beer/spirts.
