Dinosaur BBQ Syracuse

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que in Syracuse is the original, the West Willow Street honky-tonk where the famous barbecue began serving award-winning slow-smoked meats in 1988. Ribs, brisket and Creole-spiced sides come with local brews and a side of attitude, catering brings the smoke to Central New York's events, and the live music tradition that built the Dinosaur's name still rules the room with a line-up from 9 to 11 p.m. on show nights. It remains the standard by which Syracuse smoke is judged.
