Elvio's is a Portuguese-inspired café on Empire Boulevard in Rochester, near Irondequoit Bay, focused on serving great coffee, hosting live music and fostering a sense of community. Inspired by Portuguese tradition and the creative spirit of the city, it is a space where locals slow down over European-style coffee, order ahead for to-go or dine in, and come back after dark for the bands.
