Lunkenheimer Craft Brewing Co.

Opened in 2014 as Cayuga County’s first licensed brewery since Prohibition, Lunkenheimer Craft Brewing Co. now pours in a renovated former Key Bank on N. Seneca St. in Weedsport. The Slocums built a warm, wood-rich tasting room with 12 taps, a wood-fired pizza oven, and seating for about 60. Focused on classic styles like kölsch, pale ales, and more, the brewery has earned multiple New York State medals and expanded production with 20-ft ceilings and new 15-barrel tanks.
