OSB Ciderworks is an Upstate New York craft cidery run by siblings Elise and Eric Smith. The name nods to a family legend. Their dad and great-uncle once hid powerful homemade cider in tree stumps and “let’s go blow up some stumps” became code for backyard swilling. OSB still riffs on that original recipe today.
